Boston Your My Home...

I won't lie, it is pretty kick ass that I come from one of the most amazing cities in all the world! We have Fenway Park, the Boston GAHDEN, and Gillette Stadium. If you don't know already well let me tell you, Boston fans are the most DIE HARD, VICIOUS, CRAZY fans ever! We waited a LONG time for big events. 86 Years for a World Series and going on 40 years for a Stanly Cup. When the Patriots won the Super Bowl(ok I am not a Pats fan at all but eh ya know) the city of Boston had all their streets down and we danced in the streets. When the Celtics won the same happened. When the Sox won, IT WAS THE ECLIPSE MOON TO END ALL! (yes they won the night of the eclipse!) We danced, we cried, we cheered, we woke babies, we hugged strangers and we stopped breathing as we felt like there was nothing else left in this world! AS if this was the perfect day in our entire existence.
As I sit here watching my beloved Bruins in game 1 of the Stanley cup, I find myself thinking of my amazing childhood. I have the most amazing family and my closest cousin Tom was my best friend. Growing up I was dragged to all the hockey games where I would get a hot chocolate and cheer for these little kids who's uniform shirts were tripping them more then their skates. I learned how to tighten a skate by the time I was 6 and how to tape a stick faster then any other chick I knew. I loved hockey! As I grew older (High School) I still went to the games where I found my first "love!" His name was Dan, he was my hockey player. And well you know at 15 you are in love and going to marry them! To this day I can't remember his last name lol. But as I got older I got the smell of a hockey man forever in my mind. I LOVE THE SMELL OF A HOCKEY MAN!
I am sitting here PRAYING for a wonderful outcome to this game because I am from BOSTON! I am sitting here grunting, fist throwing, screaming and yelling. Maybe that is why I broke out this post to take my mind of this anxiety! But doing all this losing sleep it is all worth it! (YES A FIGHT) (a good fight!!!) HOLD ON...
Phew that was awesome way to go Bergeron! As I was saying I think I needed to spit out this post in my excited!
LET'S GO BRUINS!! LET'S GO BRUINS!!

Much Thoughts For All Denise <3
