Another review for you fellow friends :) So I received a Baby Jack Blanket and I was thinking "Oh a regular taggie blanket for my new nephew coming any min :)" So I was pretty excited for it to arrive. My family is very Irish and BOY WAS I EXCITED when I got it in the mail and it was a shamrock one! Of course it was right at St Patties day but still! For my little Baby Bailey coming soon it was perfect! I did get a picture of just the front and I fell in love before I even got it because 1. the shamrocks 2. I love taggie Blankets and 3. She is a wonderful person to work with, with wonderful customer service! I received my Baby Jack Blanket in about a week and half. I opened it and I thought it was fleece. BOY WAS I WRONG it is a nice chenille fabric with the pattern on one side and that adorable bubble chenille on the back! There is 5 different tags on it all feel and look different which is number one in my book. My son LOVED his taggie when he was little and LOVED the feeling of all different tags! It's really important for babies to have different feelings to touch. This is a smaller one perfect for a snuggle at night or to lay near him in his cradle (when he finally comes) and small enough that he can carry for a long time as his "special" take along if that be the case. Her prices are reasonable for the sizes and quality of her work, and I was ecstatic to get a coupon with my blanket for a future purchase! Taggies are one of the most popular baby gift given at a baby shower, to me having a hand made one means more then something in the store. You can chose the fabric and patterns and she works her magic! All in all I can not wait for my nephew to finally get here and to give him all the gifts I have waiting for him and this one will be the first in his cradle at the hospital :) thank you Baby Jack Blankets :)

My Son has Aspergers? YUP so what?!
So I sat down today for a phone interview for Robert (my 11 year old) about getting the final "yes your son is autistic" talk. Now we all know this is true. His Pediatrician, Neurologist, Therapist, and School have all said he is have all labeled him as such but we have to wait for this ONE woman to say yes. Well I have been waiting for a very long time now and have got the run around since day one. Well I had to sit on the phone today and go threw every little thing that makes my son "special" how he won't look in his own mothers face when he talks, how he doesn't understand what a clean room is, or how he has no friends. I cry as a mom over good times or bad times. However she didn't make me upset at all? I hung up thinking I just told her whats wrong with my child and this doesn't bother me? Well no it doesn't and you know why? I love my son special or not he is my son. He is a history lover who is enthralled learning about US Presidents. A karate extraordinaire! A video game WIZ. And a very loving caring son and brother. Does it matter what he has or is? Not to us. Yes we want a answerer
to get him the help he needs and deserves but does anything else matter? Nope... I will always sit with my child on Mondays and Fridays to watch wrestling, I will always bring him to Harry Potter midnight premiers and let him skip school the next day (shhhh don't tell the mail man!)Nothing I do or tell him will ever change because he is our son... That to me makes all the difference in the world to him. Because lets all face it children know how we feel and what we want. I want to make sure my children feel loved and know I want them forever no matter "what" they are.

Jj Maner Stuffies
So here I am doing my first review :) Boy am I a little nervous! Well I came across Jj Maner Stuffies in a give away! I won a set of Rainbow Octos which I couldn't wait to receive. She shipped SO fast I got them in less then a week! I quickly opened my box from the USPS (love my mail man) and I have to admit I was going to wait to give them to my 3 year old but my excitement couldn't wait! I took them out of the packaging and I thought "Oh its regular yarn they will be itchy like all other hand made yarnny products" NOPE I could not have been more wrong! They were soft and not over stuffed which made for a cute little cuddle buddy! All different rainbow cuddles! My daughter instantly loved them and thought the would fit right in with her Harry Potter blanket and pillow. She has slept with them since. I decided then to give Jj Maner Stuffies a little challenge! I emailed her about 3 weeks later and said "Could you make WRESTLING octos?" I wanted a Edge, Undertaker, Big Show, Seamus and CM Punk. No problem she said! Within a week they were done! I could not WAIT to see the pictures! She posted them and there I was on my little android trying so hard to see them! Instantly I wanted them in my hands! She hit every detail! From CM Punks X's on his tentacles to the undertaker sign on his back EVEN put a hat on my Undertaker! Needless to say I was over joyed! They came that week and again were soooo soft and I noticed her picture did no justice to how adorable they really were! Edge has his R and bush dirty blond hair. Seamus is as white yarn as they come with very red hair. Big show is bigger then the rest of course. CM Punk with his X's. Last but not least my favorite Undertaker with big black hat and sign on him! They now sit in front of my TV for all our wrestling friends to see and I am sure we will be adding more to our collection. They are Soft Durable and ADORABLE. Greatly priced for such wonderful work she sure is someone you want to see.

My Story...
I want to start off by letting you all know where and what I come from. I Live in a town about 15 mins From Boston. I live with my Husband a very Irish Kieren, My Son Robert Joel, My Daughter Alora-Sara Jamie and My Basset Hound Louise. Nanny of 3 you ask? Where does that come from? Well that is what I do :) I am a nanny to 3 wonderful Children ages 9, 6 and 3.
My Husband is a mail man we have been married 3 years and no he is not my son's "father" but in every way his Daddy. We met at a local store and have been in love since day one. We got married Friday the 13th June 2008. He loves wrestling video games the kids and me of course :)
My son came when I was 17 years old. I was a junior in high school and scared crapless. He is now a very smart loving caring full hearted 11 year old boy who love's history and wants to be a senator. He loves building legos stealing soda from the fridge and spending time with his sister. He is truly an AMAZING boy.
I went on to finish highschool and go onto EMT school where I then worked as a EMT for years to come. I left there which leads me to the next stage of my life my "real" job.
I call this my real job because I could never ever imagine life without this family. I have been with them for 7 years now and get more and more happy as the days go by.
My boss and I got pregnant within 5 weeks of each other and 9 months later the Babies came. Mine first theirs second. Now I am up to 5 children :) ages 11, 9, 6 and two 3 year olds and I wouldn't have it any other way.
My Alora-Sara is 3 and 1/2 and she is in LOVE with Harry Potter, Dance Class and School. She attends a preschool two mornings a week where she has become an explorer and such a Tom boy (Not that Harry Potter helped lol) She loves Black and Red with Skull tutu's and her friends.
Next came the dog I have always wanted. Why am I mentioning her you ask? Well she is my 6th baby :) She is a Basset named Louise. She sleeps with us every night and travels everywhere. She loves car rides pizza chips and me :) She is a Blessing.
So now me? I am Denise I grew up in a Small town south of Boston called Weymouth. Yes where Abigail Adams was born :) I love children (clearly) animals, the undertaker (yes wrestling) and most importantly I suffer from sever depression with Bi-Polar tendencies. NOW NOW before you think I ain't reading this crazy ladies blog!? Remember there are millions who suffer from this terrible condition. I am just one who wants to make a difference and help moms who suffer.
So why am I starting a blog? To vent? To give my experiences as a 11 year mom? To give my opinion on products? To give advice on animals (because lets face it not many mom/dog blogs out there)? Or just to help the world one Mommy at time? All of it is true actually! I hope I can keep up with this blog with all I have going on. But I have Faith in me and all of you who want to read it.
Thank you All.
